Condo & HOA Sweeping: Bid Request
By following these guidelines you can help ensure you receive a quality proposal in the time frame you need it.
1st give us adequate time to prepare a proposal. We visit each site, measure the streets, take extensive notes on vegetation, drainage, asphalt condition, obstructions, curb types etc. Including travel time, each bid can take up to four hours to prepare. 10-14 days is not too much lead time.

Project Name (as it should appear on proposal)
Location w/ cross streets
City
Layout Map of Project - (this is the single most important item)
Type of project: Single Family, Condo, Apartment etc.
Number of Units
Sweeping Frequency Requested: Weekly, 2 X Month, Monthly
Trash Pick-up Day (plus recycling day if different)
Water District
Gate Combination:
Required extras: Corners blown out, alley ways
